We provide long-term affordable housing options in the Bowen and Proserpine communities. We are also a Housing Provider under the One Social Housing government program.

Our Commonwealth Home Support Program helps frail and elderly people (and their carers) to live independently in their own homes and remain active in their community.

Our Indigenous Family Wellbeing Program aims to reduce the over representation of Indigenous children in the Child Safety System - by supporting families to strengthen their connection to one another, to their community and to their culture.

The Health Team at Girudala assists individuals and groups to adopt healthy behaviours that maintain and improve the overall health and wellbeing of all residents in the communities of Bowen, Collinsville and Proserpine. This is done by conducting health awareness information sessions, community displays, school and community health promotion programs and health screenings.

Girudala runs a independent medical centre facility offering comprehensive quality community health care services to residents in the Whitsunday region.
